NorhTech Gecko netbook runs on AA batteries

Liliputing just tried to make a NorhTech Gecko edubook to be tested to run with AA batteries. This netbook designed for educational purpose with powerful great features which can run on both Linux and Windows platform. Most interesting from this netbook where the purpose is for education, you can replace the CPU easily to learn it. Either the RAM which in modular type means you can easily replace or upgrade it into your RAM size choice. All can be replaced without replace the entire computer.

NorhTech Gecko netbook runs on AA battery

After play it with NiMH AA batteries, the result can you see at the demo video below. Even though have less time of battery life compared to Li-ion battery, this netbook shows us its performance as a great education netbook. But do not expect more to use it for speed because this netbook is not designed to be fast but comfort, durable and cost less. It is fit to use as educational purpose in developing countries.
