BlackBerry Curve 9300 may have FCC approval

The latest BlackBerry, the Curve 9300 has now received FCC approval. While the model number is unknown, the technical illustration does not exactly match the lines of the previously leaked photos of what is also expected to be the Curve 9300. The Federal Communications Commission supports with tri-band CDMA network including AWS, which could mean the device is headed to MetroPCS and not just Sprint or Verizon.

Other variants of the Curve 9300 will be seen by public market and actually should be shipping with BlackBerry OS 6.0. Previous prototypes sported GSM radios with 3G data support and Wi-Fi. The device is estimated to restore the 8500 and sport a 320x240 screen, a 3.2-megapixel camera and 256MB of RAM. The official confirmation for this product or its release date is expected soon, however there is no further confirmation yet.
